The professional setting was extremely professional. With snacks and beverages offered in the waiting room it was quite comfortable. I spoke with Jared who was phenomenal in explaining what was going on with my vehicle. The prices were competitive as well as the customer service. Very polite and courteous. Thanks again guys ill definitely be a return customer.

I was pretty impressed with the Akron Auto clinic gang! They were all friendly, and talkative, and smiled. They explain to me what I needed to do and how long it was going to take to get done. They communicated with me over the phone. And when it turned out it was going to be a few days before a certain part could come in, they were totally cool with me coming back and getting my car and then bringing it back once the part had arrived. It also took a shorter amount of time to fix my car than what they had said. And it wasn't overly pricey either. The big thing is, I really appreciated and I could tell that they cared about me as a person, not just as a guy who needed his car fixed. I like the friendliness and their style. I think I have found a new garage for my car repairs, hurray!

Fantastic service, and they looked out for me. I had a flat, and my full size spare was also flat. AAA towed my car here, and I ended up just replacing all 4 tires as they were a bit worn down. I forgot to ask them to check out my spare, but they did so anyways, noticed it had an issue, and replaced it with the best of my old tires for me. I'd definitely come back!

My battery died over the weekend during extreme heat. I called them first thing Monday morning and they were able to get my car in that day. They were prompt and communicated along the way. Prices were very reasonable and they were very quick. I had my car back same day. I would definitely recommend them!

They just fixed my rear breaks the weekend before christmas! Everyone was very friendly. The best and most convenient part of this business is their free shuttle service and loner/loaner cars. I dropped it off Saturday right before closing and they were done by midday Monday. Couldn’t ask for better service. I will be returning for future business.

The best alignment shop in Akron!!!!! I had got new brakes, sway bars, and control arms put on my Malibu and of course it needed a alignment. I'd called around to places like Midas, National Tire Battery, Lifetime, and Tire Choice and they all were charging ridiculous prices $129-$150 W expection fee also they were all trying to tell me I needed 4 new tires to do the alignment just for them to get extra money... Akron Auto Clinic popped up on Google and I decided to give them a call. I got a hold of Lisa she was wonderful she heard my story and told me their prices and told me to drop the car off and they'll have it ready possibly the next day. So glad I took her advice they got my car in and out and the alignment is top notch I can feel every turn with the steering wheel. Absolutely 5 stars and to top it off Lisa gave me and my kids a ride back home when I dropped the car off. What a great place and service I recommend everyone in Akron to get their alignment or anything else done here. Thank you guys again.

I had my vehicle towed there around 8:30pm on FRIDAY. They are one of the few mom and pop places opened all day on Saturdays iny area. They diagnosed and fixed the issue-- fried alternator-- before 2 o'clock Saturday! AND it cost 50 bucks less than what they quoted me once I got there to pick Gladys up. AND the owner and all the staff were suuuper nice. Couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Honda Odyssey broke down 4 hours into a 6 hour drive from rural PA to Columbus OH on a Sunday of course! AAA recommended they tow it to Akron Auto Clinic. I called Jason first thing Monday. He was courteous and professional and promised to check it out and get back to me. He did exactly that, Monday afternoon. Alternator was shot. He got it replaced at fair price on Tuesday. Went up and picked it up Wednesday. Job done!

Had my daughter's car in for a broken shock mount. They got it done quick and they were great with my grandbaby while they were there!! She'll be going back for more work.
